My experience is always amazing. Everyone is always kind and ready to help out with anything I ask for. Everyone is always great with my grandma and keeps her involved in what’s happening in the community.

My aunt has lived here for several years. The staff is extremely helpful. They take excellent care of my aunt. Nurses ensure her medical needs are met and keep me informed of any changes. Definitely recommend this place.

Brookdale Mandarin Central is a top-notch facility. The people that work here truly care for the residents and the overall environment is hard to find in this type of facility. The only negative is the cost.

May mom has lived here since February 2025.We have experienced kindness, compassion, and respect, not only for my mom, but towards the whole family as we navigate through this disease. The staff is great.

Overall, 5. Brookdale Manlius is fantastic. Cleanliness, friendliness and quality of care are topnotch.The Admin staff know everyone by name and go "above & beyond" to assist in any way needed. Definitely a 5 as well. Food and food service we give a 3 as the head chef has been out on disability and the continuity has suffered a bit in that respect. We highly recommend Brookdale Manlius. Our Mom is happy and safe!

We were very impressed with this facility and after touring several found this to be our first choice mainly because of the enhanced license that allows the true meaning of Aging in place. One would not need to relocate as the progression that often accompanies Memory Care occurred. In our particular case however mom has decided to give Florida as a snowbird this winter a chance and will be joining us as opposed to remaining in the area. Sabrina was extremely helpful and informative. As an aside I did talk to family members in the parking lot one of whom had her mom there for a few years and all she did was speak very positive about staff and conditions so to us that said a lot.

Brookdale has rooms that include a kitchenette, living room, small bedroom, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with an easy to walk-in shower. It is a clean, pleasant, friendly place to live for its elderly residents. I especially liked its centralized patio.

My mom recently moved in to Brookdale FC. From our first tour we were amazed at how caring the staff have been. They have welcomed her with open arms and helped her adjust to her new home. She loves it here and stays busy with activities and socializing with new friends. Thank you to everyone that made this transition so pleasant! [names removed]. I can now sleep well at night knowing mom is safe and happy!

My parents have shared a room together for over a year now at Brookdale Cape Coral. The facility is one story a huge plus for mobility with a beautiful outdoor courtyard in the center. The staff is kind, caring and attentive to their needs. There are always plenty of activities going on. The meals are always on time a delicious! I feel very content knowing my parents are together and properly cared for at Brookdale.

I am responsible for the care of a 97 year old who has been at Brookdale on Country Club in Cape Coral, FL for almost 4 years. I also have experience with another facility to compare to Brookdale on Country Club. HANDS DOWN BROOKDALE ON COUNTRY CLUB IS SUPERIOR. My 97 year old is WELL CARED FOR, SAFE, CONTENT, AND HAPPY. Because the STAFF is CONSISTENT, they KNOW the residents and they are CARING, COMPASSIONATE AND FOLLOW THROUGH IN EVERY WAY. PLEASE KNOW I VALUE THE STAFF AT Brookdale on Country Club AND CONSIDER THEM OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. The nurses and health and wellness director inform me anytime there is a health issue. The activities director plans amazing age appropriate excursions, games, parties and more. The administrator, business office manager and sales director are kind and always interested in my input. The caregivers and maintenance are HANDS-ON and take EXCELLENT care of their residents. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THE STAFF who truly CARE!

We recently moved my mother here and I’ve been pleased so far. Staff are friendly and caring. The residents seem happy and are always out in common areas. The facility is kept clean and there’s a nice air conditioned porch over looking a garden and outside area. They have multiple activities everyday and a family night every other month.Mom says she’s liked all the food they have served also. [name removed] has been exceptional with my mother’s transition to this new community.

Our experience with Brookdale has been a breeze. [name removed] was informative and made herself available to help us make the best decision for our mother. Everything was straightforward and upfront from the start and has remained this so far. It’s great to see some of the residents banding together to help new ones feel welcome. We’re so grateful for this experience and sleep better at night knowing our loved one is getting the care she needs.

We have been 100% happy with them. He's still there and doing great. All the staff has been great. The care teams check in regularly with me. The rounding doctor / nurse group has been a godsend. The coordinate his care. He has had to go to the emergency room twice and they called an ambulance and then got him a ride home. They remind him to come down for meals and encourage him to be active and social. They have a nice outdoor patio that is lovely and they have fitness groups and outings. Brookdale is a blessing for our family! I can visit and take him to lunch and spend quality time with him now that I'm not so busy caring for him and cleaning his place and worrying! They have taken away my worry!! That is priceless. I trust them and know he has eyes on him. He's doing great there!

The staff are friendly, compassionate, and competent. They respond to questions and concerns promptly. The food is good. They have a diverse menu throughout the week. Of all the assisted living communities I visited, Brookdale Brookhurst had the largest size rooms. And, the rent was budget friendly. I'd recommend Brookhurst Brookdale to others.

Staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Facility is clean and smells clean. Apartment is adequate in size.

My mother recently moved into this community's assisted living. She is 93 yrs old. She is very well cared for. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Most of all my mother is really happy here. I would definitely recommend Brookdale.

Firstly, my mom is very happy at Brookdale! The staff is very friendly and kind, very helpful and accommodating to her needs The facility has been newly renovated, new paint, rugs, furniture and flooring. The dining room has all new tables and chairs and new cabinets. The med techs and nursing staff are knowledgeable and caring. The food is good, the residents have choices each day if the meal being served is not to their liking. The administrative personnel is friendly and willing to help, whatever the issue The activity director is young and enthusiastic, she appreciates feedback from the residents and each Friday, there's a happy hour and musicians come to Brookdale and play guitar or piano and sometimes there's singing too There is one full time woman, who cleans the whole facility, and does an excellent job, the building is clean and organized There are activities outside the facility (such as shopping), residents can sign up and receive transportation. My mom does not leave the facility unless one of her daughters take her, there's a sign out sheet and upon return, sign back in. When Mom returns, a staff member will ask if she wants something to eat, etc, very caring!

My mom lives here and I'm impressed with the approach to care, staffing model, and services provided from the salon, to meals, to activities. We are happy with our decision to move to Brookdale Torbett.

I would give them 5 stars because they have been great. - The staff is wonderful. - The facility and rooms are kept very clean. - My mom has a studio apartment and it is a very good size. - They do have activities but it is a small community. They do not have a swimming pool or amenities like that for residents. - The is food is good.

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive in meeting with me and my dad and coordinating his move in once we'd decided on Brookdale. They have also gone WAY out of their way to help with some prescription fills he needed at the point he moved in.
