Brookdale

We toured looking for my mom. We toured several communities and we were very impressed with the layout and the staff. Very friendly and seemed very engaged with the residents!

The staff was very helpful with everything that I needed to do and getting her in there the car is very nice activities. Look like they would be fun. Food looks good. The place seem to be very clean. The apartment size was adequate for one person and I had enough space in there for one person. It seem to be very nice. The only thing I had to replace was the bed mattress because Myrtle did not like it so I replaced that otherwise my experience has been very good.

Everything has been top notch. The care is great. Everyone is very nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

We are still very pleased with Brookdale Richland Hills and would rate a 5 on all categories. I will say that [name removed] does complain occasionally about the food but it is usually because they served something that wasn't his favorite. With that in mind, I would still rate it as a 5. [name removed] is a loner and doesn't like to participate in many of the activities but I watch the calendar and find the choice of activities are quite adequate for the clientele that are currently there.

I give them full marks for every category. Zero negatives from my perspective. Top names to mention as being awesome include: [names removed]

I would say my overall experience was good, especially at the end of life. Staff was very supportive and accepting of us staying with my dad until the end. I felt the place was very clean. Everyone was friendly, willing to assist with questions or concerns. I felt my dad received the best care possible. I'm sure at times he was difficult but the staff seemed to deal well with him. Everyone seemed helpful and courteous when there were questions. I didn't hear my dad complain about the food. I had one meal there and it was good. I felt the activities were good and liked how open and encouraged it was for family to participate. I think the value of care was good.

Every question I rate a 5. After looking at 3 properties, 2 which were very nice; but as soon as I stepped into Brookdale East Broad I knew I found the perfect place for my loved one. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the room spacious for her personal things to make her feel at home. She loves the food and the fact she can order from the menu. Brookdale does not lack for activities for the clients and what I love most is the weekly outing they can choose to go on. A very home feel to the public rooms, the screen porch is great, feels like you're in a treehouse but there are 2 other outdoor areas also. If looking for a place I highly recommend this one, you can't put a price on peace of mind on a loved one.

I would give it a 10.. my mom is so happy and loves the staff. Putting her here has change the quality of her life so much of family and herself couldn't be more pleased. Such a wonderful place !

Everyone I have met and dealt with has been very nice and professional. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Room size is small but the residents don't spend much time in their rooms. I have been very pleased with everything so far.

The facility was warm and inviting. The residents I met seemed very happy. The facility did not have enough outdoor space for my family's needs, so was not for us, but the building itself was really nice and well maintained. I was very impressed with the staff I met.

We have had no bad experiences with them. My dad is classified as a difficult to place do to his aggressiveness, but They take excellent care of our him. They keep us up to date on everything. The entire staff is wonderful. I highly recommend them. We don't announce our visits and his room is always clean. There is no lingering urine odor. We drop by during meals and the meals are always good

Brookdale of Carmel has an amazing team with excellent customer service! Every time I go visit, I am always welcomed and treated with so much kindness. Special shout out to [name removed] the ED, [name removed] Memory Care Dir., [name removed] , Sales Director & [name removed], Business Office. With all that experience in one community don't hesitate to take a tour for your loved one and see all the great things they are doing for the Carmel Community!

[name removed] was very nice and had a grest personality. She made a big impression on [name removed]. Showed [name removed] all of the activities and a sample room. She showed [name removed] where to put the litter box for her babies. [name removed] wants to go there and this is the place that she can afford. She wants to go during the winter (Dec thru March).

I'd give them all fives even though we had problems. Any facility has problems and a new resident is always going to have problems adjusting. Our family member was in crisis, so even harder. Brookdale was there when I needed them, thanks to you, and they do their job as well as they could under the circumstances. I know my family member is safe and fed. The rest is on us.

The staff was friendly and treated the residents with kindness and patience. We decided that this was the best place for our mom. She will be moving there soon.

I would give Brookdale a 10 out of 10 stars. The apartment size was perfect for my Mom. The staff were awesome. They were very attentive and compassionate to my Mom and me. Everything was very clean and the food was good. I even received a phone call a couple of weeks ago asking how my Mom was doing. I highly recommend Brookdale Salem!

It was so much easier transition than I expected/feared. [name removed] was wonderful to work with, before and during move in. All the staff have been wonderful. Welcoming my sister - remembering her name and being so kind. Highly recommend!

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my concerns the day my husband I visited. A very enjoyable visit.
