Everyone has been very helpful and nice. Apartment is kind of dark because of the screened in porches on the back. I think they could spend some more money on landscaping and cleaning the carpets food has been OK.

Everything is Excellent!! ... and this is the 3rd facility I've had exposure to. The care is good, the staff is incredibly helpful. The sales agent continues to be available for any questions or concern I may have. I've also spoken with the main administrator, two head nurses and the business office. All have been incredibly informative and helpful. The facility is older, but well maintained. My father loves the food which has been a real problem at other places.

I liked the place so much that I chose to live there after touring the facility. Everyone was very freindly and the other residents seemed to be very happy living there.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The facility is kept quite clean. The food is poor quality and the cooks are not very good. My apartment is one of the biggest and is great. The grounds are kept beautiful and there's lots of places to walk and sit outside.

My grandfather has been at Brookdale for a month so far. The staff are all very nice. His room is perfect size for just what he wanted. Food is actually pretty good. I have ate with him a few times. Everyone is very friendly there and they make you feel like family. I would recommend the community to others.

My brother was only a resident from July 2025 until January 2026. It was an emotional move for him to move away from his children. He settled in and found his place with help of the people who worked there. He spent most of his traveling back and forth to the VA hospital for treatments. He loved the size of his room mostly, that is what made him choose Brookdale. Everything he needed was easily accessed. His biggest complaint was the food and getting things fixed in his room. They seemed to have high turnover of help. As far as price, of course it would help if they didn't have to increase the rent every 6 months. They give you a price (deal) so called, and then turn around and raise the rent after 6 months. I felt he was very safe and looked after living there.

All the staff are very kind and caring to all the residents.

My Dad loved the activities, food and apartment size. We would recommend Brookdale Falling Creek community to other families based on the experience we have had.

The tour guide made me feel very comfortable and she was extremely encouraging and enthusiastic… they invited me to share lunch and I was able to meet some residents.

This was my 2nd visit I am again very pleased and comfortable with staff and facility! I had numerous questions which were all answered to my satisfaction! I personally feel I would be very comfortable here in my senior years! Next step for me is to discuss with my G. P. Doctor in mid October!

Extreme pleasant staff. Organized. Detailed. Willing to answer any questions we had. Even moved us from one apt. To another one that was closer to the door to get our puppy out.

I rate all questions a five. This facility is very nice, people friendly and welcoming, and staff so accommodating. I highly recommend Brookdale. I feel safe, the people are friendly, maintenance requests are addressed immediately, and the apartments are nice. My cat especially likes the wide windowsills that allow him to enjoy afternoon nap and watch the squirrels squirrels. There are so many activities everyday that you can possibly leave your apartment for breakfast and not return until dinner is over.

Brookdale of Bellmeade has been a God-send for my mom and our family. Their experience and support has so far been unmatched. The continuity of the nursing staff and caregivers has been a critical improvement in my mom's care. Some of the things that we have noticed that stand out from other memory care facilities are: the staff seem to purposefully engage and truly enjoy the residents; they are knowledgeable and skillful, especially with some of the demanding physical tasks; and they strive to make efforts, accommodations, and are willing to try alternative solutions to help the residence be more successful, or at least more peaceful. The hands-on staff have been wonderful to work with us in order to make my mom's adjustment easier. We all know that this industry is challenging, in order to meet the ever increasing needs of this demographic. Days are long and resources are usually too short in supply, but the nursing and staff and caregivers have always maintained professionalism and a positive attitude of always trying to make things better. We are continually thankful for their love of the residents, experience and professionalism, support of the families, and much needed wise advice. Yes - I would most definitely recommend Brookdale of Bellmeade to anyone facing an Alzheimer's/ dementia diagnosis.

I have had a very positive experience here. The staff are very nice, helpful, and caring, and the food is good. They also listen to residents’ suggestions and continue to update the menu to include meals that people have requested. The activity selection has not been as good recently because the activity director has been out on medical leave. However, they recently brought in two people to help fill in, and I believe they have some fun activities planned for the upcoming months. My room is cleaned every week, and my laundry is also done weekly, which is very convenient. The rooms are nice, with a few different layouts to choose from. I was lucky enough to get a corner room with two windows, which gives me plenty of natural light. I have made several friends here and feel safe, comfortable, and happy. Overall, I’m very glad to be here.

Staff were professional, friendly and compassionate. They were attentive to my Mom's needs. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living.

The overall experience has been great. The staff is wonderful, they all are nice, polite, friendly and helpful to everyone. The food is excellent and they are willing to accommodate everyone's like and dislikes and allergies. Brookdale Northshore is well maintained, and clean. There are lots of activities and outings. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, with a small kitchen, Livingroom, bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom with a walk in shower. Housekeeping is great and accommodating to individuals likes and dislikes in the use of cleaning products.

We had a wonderful experience touring Brookdale Galleria with [name removed]. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly professional, thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to understand what my mom needs and made sure we saw all of the different options available to her. [name removed] truly went the extra mile to answer our questions and make what can be an overwhelming decision feel much easier and more comfortable. We never felt rushed or pressured, and his kindness and attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend [name removed] to any family considering Brookdale Galleria for a loved one. He made us feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout the entire process. Thank you, [name removed], for such a positive experience!

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. The building was well kept & clean. Resident’s rooms were a good size & the showers are zero entry. Very impressed. My family member will be moving in this week

So, Mom didn't feel ready to leave the house she had loved for nearly 60 years (but she was!) Now that she & her partner are mostly settled in at Cedar Springs they seem very happy with the apartment and they are enjoying the residents they have met. The building is older, not modern or flashy, but it has a lot of character. It's bright & full of sunshine without looking sterile. The staff does a great job keeping the common areas AND the apartments clean. Maintenance has been quick to address any concerns. The Admin. people have been super! They are easily available for questions, very receptive to suggestions and they are often around visiting with the residents in the dining room and in the halls. They seem to know everyone and are happy to see them. I can't say much yet about BAH except that the Coord. was very helpful with questions I had about med. mgmt. and how we might solve without initiating care yet. They made a great choice to move here, should have done it years ago!
