My mom has been there for a full year and everything has been amazing! The staff is attentive and caring. I feel they see each resident as an individual for who they are and nit just another person or patient. Activities are planned and they keep my mom busy. The food is great and they have planned holiday meals for the families to attend. The facility is always clean and smelling fresh. The studio apartment is the perfect size for my mom and her small dog. Just big enough to feel at home without the worries. As a daughter, I am so thankful for Bellamar Lancaster. The Director [name removed] always has a welcoming smile and available to answer any questions. The rest of the staff is also so kind and inviting. I know my mom is in good hands.

The entire staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping crew, to the dining room have been very friendly and helpful as my mom has settled in. The food is not outstanding, but certainly adequate and it meets my mom's needs. There were various room sizes and we chose the studio as my mom's needs are pretty simple and the less she has to walk around, the better. There are several assisted living groups there to choose from. We chose Care 4 U, which has worked out well so far.

A great big 5 for all categories!! I was very impressed with the management at LakeHouse. From Dawn, the receptionist, on to [name removed] from maintenance & all the others who interacted with [name removed] or myself, I found an outstanding aura of care & concern for his well being. If your survey had a rating of 1-10, I'd give it a 10!!

Great tour. Saw three living units - a studio, a one bedroom and a two bedroom. Clean and spacious. They also showed me the area where a large renovation project will begin soon.

We had a fabulous experience with [name removed] as our tour guide. The facility offers many amenities and was very clean. They designed it well with a lot of natural light, various indoor and outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy along with a range of activities. Residents seemed happy and we felt welcomed by all of those we met.

It’s not home, but it’s the closest thing. I can imagine to being at home for my mom. The sense of community is prevalent. She has made so many friends and the time that she’s been there.The staff is caring and kind, especially [name removed] at the front desk. She greets everyone with a smile and takes good care of the residents needs and requests. The dining staff, especially [name removed] and [name removed] are thoughtful and efficient. [name removed], on the nursing staff , goes over and beyond for each of the residents. My mom stays active thanks to [name removed] and [name removed]. The activity program is second to none. Her housekeeper [name removed] not only cleans for her, but also looks out for her. [name removed], in the maintenance department, has been so helpful . I can’t say enough good about Discovery Village!

The staff is wonderful and part of what makes this place a haven. The food, for the most part, is very good. The cleaning staff is almost always available and the common areas are spotless. I have a studio apartment that is perfect from and my pet. I also have a balcony and a huge closet. I feel as though I am finally home. I must include that the people who live here consider this a community. We are all here for each other.

I rate Woodbury Mews 5 stars. They were so helpful when I was trying to get mom into assisted living. The staff are very pleasant and cheerful. They have activities plan through out the day everyday. I have not experienced the food but mom likes it( she has ice cream everyday). lol. I would highly recommend Woodbury Mews.

The facility is great and the activities are really good! The only thing is the food for the most part is great but sometimes it is not. Also please add more things to the store on tuesdays. Great place!!

Nothing but good things to say about Morada!!! Spotless clean, from his room to the common areas. The room size plenty large enough and it's always clean. The staff is wonderful. They are so kind, loving towards my husband. They keep a close eye on him, because he is a fall risk. I love it that the director of the memory care center is always there. My husband loves the staff. He says that take great care of him and most importantly to him, he says the food is really good.

The Senior Lifestyle Counselor was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and guided us through this sad life event for our mom. We never felt any pressure, he was patient with all of our questions, explain what would need to be done and what to expect. When residents approach you and tell you how happy they are, that is a very good sign. I was able to observe how the staff are respectful and gentle when they speak to the residents, and how the residents engage with them in a positive manner, with dignity, kindness and respect that is reciprocal between residents and staff. The facility is more like a hotel and very cozy. I've never seen anything like it. The dining table that mom is assigned to seats 4 and the other ladies I met at her table are very friendly and just took mom under their wing like she was their sister. My brother and I are just simply blown away. When I call her, she is happy and I cannot express how comforting that is.

The facility is clean. The room size is comparable to other facilities we viewed. The staff is nice and helpful. We had no issues while my mother in law was there that wasn't attributed to her behavior. , I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

They were very thorough during the tour. Explaining everything about the facility, answering all of our questions, and very kind/caring throughout the entire process.

My overall experience with Menomonee Falls location Lake House was very pleasurable. I believe that Stacey was the manager. She was very helpful in making sure things were organized and ready to take my mother in. The location looks like a former hotel so the rooms are pretty spacious and clean. The meals also look to be prepared well chefs on hand at the time I was there and my mother likes it. They're very much.

The apartment is lovely -- it is large, with high ceilings and lots of light. The balcony is also large and has a very nice view. The food is quite good, we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff have all been friendly and helpful throughout the moving process.

Was looking for a place for my mom, and this place checked all the boxes!! From accommodations to events and all other amenities. Was exactly what was needed.

My mother, [name removed] lives at Solstice House for the past 5 years. Its a great place for my mom as its always clean and the staff is soo very accommodating. Moms apartment is cleaned every week and sheets changed. They offer day trips, in house activities, grocery shopping days and much more. When I'm out of town I don't have to worry about mom as I know she is being taken care of. KUDO's to [name removed] and the staff!! I look forward to the Thanksgiving dinner they offer for family. Its soo nice and we as guest greatly appreciate it.

The staff in the memory care is phenomenal! The rooms are good size and well maintained. Food is consistently good, activities are very good as well. Highly recommend Marbella

My sister is 85 years old. She just cannot live on her own any longer. While she occasionally complains about the meals served at Country Club at Woodland Hills, every meal I've shared with her there has been really great!! The activities in which she participates are totally appropriate for her age and abilities. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. I know that she is safe and comfortable there!
