I don’t often give 5 Star Quality Rating Reviews but in this case I’d give 10 Stars for what I consider one of the premier Long Term Memory Care Facilities in the Scottsdale AZ area–the Mosaic Gardens of Scottsdale. Several complimentary paragraphs cannot fully describe the exceptional and professional care that we as a family experienced with a loved one that spent time there as a Resident. Mosaic is a pure gem among Memory Care Centers. My spouse who was a full time Resident received the upmost in not only quality and professional clinical care, but became a part of the family oriented culture of the facility. What attracted us immediately to Mosaic was the careful assessment of her clinical condition and how the Nursing and Admission Coordinators drafted a custom care plan for her – using our input combining her previous clinical history and subsequent memory issues. And, that care plan was followed with diligence throughout her stay. Many thanks - a memorable stay!

We loved the facility and the staff, unfortunately they are not able to take our mom because they cannot administer sliding scale insulin.

The staff is courteous and helpful if we need anything. We are happy here. Our place is clean and roomy. Love it. We would recommend this place. The staff is very courteous and helpful to our needs. Hilltop Springs is a beautiful facility. There are many activity options for seniors who are need of memory care. They have the ability to engage in swimming and bowling with the accompaniment of staff. The common areas are spacious and serve many purposes. Excercise classes and floral design classes are other offerings I was made aware of. Residents are also taken to the main dining area once weekly to interact with assisted living guests which would give them a sense of inclusion. The many offerings due come with a high price tag however.

Great staff that looks out for the residents and will work with the family to give the most comprehensive care to the resident. Apartments are well maintained and spacious. Maple Ridge offers all sorts of varied activities for the residents - exercise classes, daily movies, visiting musicians, game days, and hosts parties for various holidays such as Easter. A very nice place!

I liked this one very much, but it is too far away from where I want to be. Nice people, just too far.

I have been several facilities over the past couple of years and found this facility to be very clean and well maintained as opposed to the others I visited. I will place this one on my list for future consideration.

My longtime friend and former business partner lives in Assisted Living at Hilltop Springs, and I always enjoy visiting him. He is happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. We often share a meal together, and the food is consistently amazing. It gives me great peace of mind knowing he has found such a wonderful place to call home. He worked hard his entire life and deserves the kindness, support, and excellent care he receives at Hilltop Springs.

Staff seems very nice, residents look happy. Facility was clean and looked good. Smaller facility which is what I was looking for. Wish they had a studio available, but I'm about 2 months from being able to commit.

It would be okay for someone with full blown Alzheimer’s. However my husband is not there . The sales person was great!!!! It’s not a good fit for him.

Sunnycrest is an amazing property. It’s managed extremely well by their excellent director. Everybody is friendly and outgoing and willing to help and answer every question you may have. It’s well decorated has the classy feel of a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to provide good service. They offer an excellent dining experience served restaurant style with menus, servers and a chef that plans great meals. There is a well-stocked game room and a small theater room with a big screen TV. The rooms for the residents are very nice and the entire facility is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Sunnycrest for your loved ones.

Clean, friendly, many activities and love the fact they have residents interact and out of their rooms 60% of the day.

Always request about medication when or if it needs to be changed or adjusted. If they fail in doing this perhaps it's time to look for another facility.

Staff is very friendly. Dad is very happy with the meals and activities. He particularly likes the games and outings to go shopping. Manzanita is very clean. Studio apartment is a bit tight but we were able to fit in his favorite recliner, dresser, bookcase and small table and chair. Dad has his own kitchenette so he can have his favorite snacks available.

Facility and staff are great. Very caring and supportive to both residents and their families.

Me and my brother took a tour there great place and our tour guide was[Name Removed] super nice great customer service explained things well easy to talk great job [Names Removed] the assessment nurse was so great also great customer service and new her stuff explained things well also this is the place we are trying to get my sister in so may things to offer there thanks for a job well done as soon as we walked in we were noticed and everyone was friendly there over all good customer service

For categories 1-8 I give them all 5. This was an awesome facility. Very clean and the staff kept them in engaged and busy daily! For the residents, the facility has a monthly calendar listing there daily activities broken down in 30 minutes increments. This keep the residents involved and engage. The facility staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. The facility is secure, residents can not get out unless they have a key card. I was out of town, and when I called for updates they provided it to me with not problems. They also called me 3 days later to provide me with updates.

Nice people - very clean place. open areas inside and out. Nice pickup area. close to shopping and college.

The staff that took care of my cousin were great. Towards the end she stopped eating but with gentle encouragement they were able to get her to drink protein shakes. She Loved watching tv in the lounge with everyone and she always had funny comments to say about the characters on the screen.

I had two excellent phone conversations. This place seems like a good fit. I cannot wait to visit it in the coming week.
