1. Great! They can adjust their support for residence as needed. 2. Always cleaned! No worries. 3. Their staff always say hi to my Mom when they pass or see her - call residence by their names. 4. They are timely with medicine times and always ensure residence get meals if they don't go to meals. 5. Always available and willing to help. 6. I guess it is good. My mother doesn't complain - but I've never eaten with her. 7. Several activities which they try to invite people to join. Mom forgets but staff remind her of them. 8. The cost of care is well worth it. My Mom is safe, cared for, and has kept her dignity. She likes it there.

Attentive staff, engaging activities, food looks/smells appealing. It always looks and smells clean. My person is in a one bedroom & one living with her furniture and her dog. She's comfortable and that's all that matters!

The staff at Trustwell at Hunters Crossing are so supportive and sweet! They have been helping us very much eith taking over Moms medical support, such as physical therapy and assistance with her meds and daily living needs. We are very grateful to them, and to A Place for Mom for their guidance. We really feel like the people at Hunters Crossing are on our side for helping Mom.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The activity calendar is jam packed and full of fun activities. The property is immaculately clean and feels very upscale. The room is a great size. it has beautiful kitchenette with full size fridge, ample cabinet storage and granite. the bathroom is a great size with ample cabinet storage. and there is a massive walk in closet. The price is very reasonable compared to other communities in the area and the amenities are top notch.

The care team at Kent Place was wonderful with my mom. They're attentive, kind, and treat her like family, not just another resident. I have real peace of mind knowing she's well cared for. Highly recommend.

Trustwell apartments are very nice and relatively roomy. Trustwell is very clean and the people are great and friendly. Food is good. No complaints at all.

Wow! What an awesome facility! The Community Relations Director was attentive and full of information. You could feel her passion and love for the facility the moment she shook my hand. We are looking for the future but this visit out Sinclair Place at the top of my list!

I'd give 5's across the board. The staff was attentive and friendly. The administrators communicated very well. It was very clean and more importantly it "smelled" clean compared to other facilities I've been to. The residents seemed very happy and very well known by all staffers and they were all treated with dignity and kindness. I cannot comment on the food because I never ate it and my father was eating much during his stay. And the respite care was worth every penny. All questions were answered in a timely manner. All phone calls were returned in a timely manner. All special requests were accommodated. I have also recommended it three times to other friends. It was run with routine, organization and precision without being too rigid. I loved it. It was exactly what we needed. And I have also recommended A Place For Mom at least five more times to friends and family. Yes highly recommend both Clyde Gardens and especially A Place For Mom.

I came to visit a friends grandparent and was really impressed. Staff was so attentive and the residents were happy. I was expecting to be sad entering but it actually made me so happy to see the happiness!

This facility stood out from the others because the happiness and love can be felt the minute you walk in the door. The residents were attending a "happy hour" with a woman singing beautifully and some snacks. Affordable and comfy.

The community has a warm, home-like feel, single story, easy to navigate, and everything was clean and well kept. The staff were welcoming and answered every question we had, then followed up with us afterward, which we appreciated. Would recommend touring it if you're looking at options for a parent.

They quickly identified a medical issue that was causing a cognitive impairment. We have seen remarkable improvement. They have continuously assessed her functional level and generously adjusted her fees accordingly. Her room and accommodations are clean and comfortable. I am very happy with the placement.

They are giving very good personal care. All the staff knows me and great me with a smile when I go to visit. All the staff are great each and every one of them take a personal interest in [name removed]. They make her feel welcome and valued. It is a smaller facility than others but that makes it more personal.

Definitely 5 stars. I have been so pleased with the cleanliness of the building and each apartment is well designed. The care givers and all the staff are excellent. Any questions are answered as soon as asked. The meals are very good. I know they have worked with us on any issues that have come up and handled it very professionally. I highly recommend Russ Place.

My parents love it, especially mother. She loves the extra care that she receives since dad wasn't able to do everything alone. She likes her therapists, one seems to be a bit harsh, but overall good. They enjoy the activities and really like the people they are meeting. They are comfortable in their room. It's smaller than their last one bedroom but adapting well. They commented a few times about the food not being exceptional. They don't like to complain, so never say anything. For me, the communication from the office staff could be much better. I don't receive or answers to my questions in a timely manner.

we really like our apartment. it is clean and spacious. The staff at Eagle Pointe Place is very friendly and helpful. and the residents are nice too.

Mom loved it there, and I feel good about the care she received. The caregivers are wonderful, and there are lots of activities to keep residents engaged. The facility is very clean, and her room is a great size for her. The biggest area for improvement would be the food. Mom often doesn’t eat much at dinner because she doesn’t care for the choices. Pizza and hot dogs are not her favorites, yet those are served for dinner weekly. They have had meetings about the food, but so far, Mom hasn’t noticed any changes. With our 3rd director getting ready to take over, I’m hopeful for continued positive changes. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with the care Mom has received.

Everything is a 5 However, I would prefer to have a person at the front desk everyday, not just Monday through Friday. They are on call on weekends but I would prefer having someone there on Saturdays and Sundays too. Everything else is fine and my mom is happy there. Her room and bathroom is perfect size and I would recommend Trustwell Living to other families.

Staff and care very good. Dad likes most of food but he has low appetite. Cleanliness very good. His apartment is spacious. This facility is very nice and get a lot for the reasonable cost.

I just visited a church member and I am thoroughly impressed with the feel of this communities environment. The staff members were chipper and smiling, the residents were active and happy and there was even a happy little doggy that greeted me at a residents room. I would definitely consider bringing a loved one to this community.
