Our experiences with Home Instead have been wonderful. From our original intake call, to our nurses visit, Client Manager introduction and actual hands-on care professionals, we couldn't be more satisfied. Communication is easy, the portal gives me quick and efficient information, and most importantly, my Mom has been very happy with each and every caregiver sent to work with her. Caring for an aging parent takes a village! Thank you for being part of our village! Together we have one happy Mom/client!

Ladies are friendly, courteous, and eager to help in any and every way. They stay engaged with Mom, even while cleaning, cooking, or doing laundry. They keep her involved in everything so she doesn't feel like someone is doing everything for her, she still feels independent. Great service, highly recommend. Reasonable prices, English speaking, and truly caring.

From the initial assessment visit and subsequent visits, [Name removed] showed professionalism and genuine concern for our needs and the needs of our son. I never used a service like this before because up till recently I have been quite self sufficient. I lost a great deal of that ability when parts of my body were ravaged by STREP bacteria. I did do some research while being cared for in a nursing home for several months. I pared my selections down to two services and chose Amada in the end. I had some reservations at first, but that soon changed as I was assigned a wide variety of very capable caregivers. Early on I did have two that I found to be unsuitable. I reported my feelings to the Executive Director and she immediately corrected the situation. I am happy to say that although I have my favorites, I now have a very capable team of caregivers who have, for all intents and purposes, helped me to get a large portion of my life back ob track.

Being from out of state I didn’t know what to expect. This agency was professional, functional, dependable and took great care of my mom.

Aanu Home Care is an excellent choice for home care in Philadelphia. The owner, [name removed], is very communicative and has a super deep knowledge base around care options. She hires dedicated caregivers who are trustworthy and competent. We have used Aanu’s services for two years, and their team guided us through a tense medical scare with grace and compassion. I would recommend them.

I used Home Instead to care for my husband when he came home from the hospital after a stay of 9 days. I chose their service mainly because they assured me they would have 24 hour care. Feeling overwhelmed, it was such a relief to know they were there. Most were very kind and caring. They took wonderful care of my husband and our home. I would highly recommend Home Instead.

They were very helpful in guiding me to the correct contact at VA for my dad and got care set up quickly. They have also been helpful in making changes as needed as my parents adjust to care.

My wife's helper was cheerful and friendly. She performed some basic household tasks. She made sure my wife was taking her meds. And was a friendly face while I was gone.
