The title says it all. I am very pleased with “Angels” service. Trudy is kind and thoughtful. She understands that [Name Removed] is disappointed when I leave and allows [Name Removed] to spend time by herself if needed.

[name removed], the director is very personable, caring, and helpful. He worked hard to help my parents feel comfortable. He also tried to place someone who would be able to help them remain semi independent. The difficulty we have had had been the inability to have the same person. It is difficult for my parents to handle change so that would be our only problem. Each one I have interacted with has been kind, caring and respectful.

Senior Helpers is a great team of compassionate care providers. We first worked with them several months ago to help me with my mom as I had to work full time at a busy ad agency and needed the help. One of the caretakers who did an absolute wonderful job was; Denise. Not only did she provide personal care, she was incredible with meticulously keeping my moms laundry and her room beautiful. I highly recommend Senior Helpers as they have been an absolute blessing, thanks additionally to [name removed] for her professional care, and warm connection with my mom.

Right at Home provided us a person who went above and beyond. She was considerate, kind, and knowledgeable about her work. Her main responsibility was to give baths ad she did it well and cleaned up afterwards. We will be calling again

[name removed] was proficient in setting things up for my husband [name removed] and provided a young man named [name removed] to take care of him. [name removed] did a great job in supporting me and did a fabulous job working with [name removed] to get him up and going in the morning with showering, dressing, toileting him and fixing his breakfast. [name removed] worked with our Physical Therapist to learn what he could do with [name removed] on the days she was not here. [name removed] got lots of exercise because of [name removed] diligence. We will miss them.

What we like the most about their service is the ease of contacting the office response time. The aides always show up. We have had issues with other service providers and synergy always shows up!

One of the caregivers brought my parents to my daughter's wedding and then took my dad home and stayed with him while my mom was able to attend the reception. We had no worries about my dad's care while we were at the wedding reception.

What we like the most about their services is that they inform me right away if the aid is running late or any other problems come up. I would recommend Affinity Home Care to others.

Item 7 (value for cost) I would have to give it a rating of a number two only because it's extremely expensive 12 hours a week and having to pay the month prior instead of weekly. However, we would recommend their services to others

Seniors Helping Seniors has been off-the-charts helpful and has worked beautifully for my 92-year-old dad. We could t be happier! They are professional and kind. They did a home visit and matched my dad with an excellent caregiver; she has been with him for close to 6 months! I love recommending wonderful services like this

Senior Helpers staff of Elmwood Park recently cared for my sister in need and our family like we were all VIPs with extremely compassionate, kind, and competent care. No task of kindness was to big or small for the staff when it came to my sister's care. From providing friendly and engaged companionship, to assisting with meals and bathing. The staff and their supervisors are simply the best human beings around! Many thanks for all that you do!

I would say 5 for all categories. [name removed] was very kind, very personable willing to help out in anyway. We would absolutely recommend their services to other families.

What we like the most is how well [name removed] (S h s) handled herself towards my wife, who obviously didn't like her, or the reason she was there. Whenever [name removed] showed up, [name removed] said, “I hate you!” [name removed] let her know that it was [name removed] choice and that she could, and hopefully would, change her mind. She did a great job of guiding, not forcing, [name removed]. She always fixed her lunch to her standards. And, [name removed] did an excellent job communicating with me about the day’s events.

5 on all of them. The director is so nice and really selected the perfect person to come to our home. She checks on us ever so often to make sure things are going well. Then the home care worker is the sweetest and kindest soul. We are so blessed with her friendship and professional goals. We absolutely are thrilled that we have this service!
