I love the ease of text communications, where if I have any questions/concerns/ect, the text goes to a main hub and someone working that day is able to respond. All are 5!!! I honestly can't think of anything not perfect with Honey Hill. Their caregivers are great!!!! We have a permanent person 6 days a week. Occasionally we have a substitute caregiver and they have always been great. I take the biweekly payment into the office every other week. Anyone that is in the reception area is always super friendly.
