We love working the management and staff at Unity Love. They are professional but more importantly they have shown tremendous empathy toward my parents. When there are issues they let you know and are quick to respond to requests. They are a true blessing.

She has also been super sweet and patient with all 3 my children (they’re all 3 and under!) coming in and out of her space, which means so much to me. I’m typically very uncomfortable having people in my home, but Christine immediately made us feel at ease. Having her help my mom has been an enormous relief for me during a very busy season of life, and it has also given my mom comfort in knowing she has someone she can rely on without feeling like she is adding more to my plate. [Name Removed] and the senior helpers have been coming out to help my grandma, for as long as I can remember and I've never had a complaint about the assistance in doing the things my grandmother needs help with from her bath to sweeping and mopping even the dishes and laundry. We have had a very pleasant experience with home Helpers. Very professional, great communication, trained caregivers always asking how they can assist. I would highly recommend. A bit pricey but we have had no problem with getting caregivers on weekends as they pay them more.

My dealings with Home Instead Ravenna occurred during the investigation phase. Unfortunately my father passed away prior to implementing Home Instead Ravenna. Senior Helpers assigned a wonderful woman to help me care for my mother during her last days. She assisted me with dr visits, food prep and companionship. She also suggested ways to make things run more smoothly. I appreciated her friendship and service to my mother and her friendship towards me and my family.

Before my mom passed I had home health care workers come in and they really bonded with her and even checked on her while she was in a hospice facility.

The home health aide that Home care plus sent was simply wonderful. She was always on time, developed a great rapport with my father, figured out how to best help my mother with his care, and was an angel the day he died and going over there the next morning before I could make it home to my mom. It was helpful that the company was willing to do a four hour minimum instead of longer hours since that's all I could talk my parents into as a starting point even though they should certainly have had more. The company was very helpful in helping navigate insurance and make that a low lift on our part.

We had a wonderful experience with Ivana’s Home Care LLC in St. Petersburg. The staff was extremely caring, professional, and always on time. They went above and beyond to make sure our family member was comfortable and well taken care of. Communication was excellent, and you can truly tell they care about the people they serve. The extra attention and compassion they showed made a difficult time much easier for our family. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for dependable and compassionate home care.

I had a pleasure to experience for the 1st time an home care provider, because of a tragic accident that kept me from using my hands and legs !! My in home provider was hand picked for me. She was very attentive, she would ask how I wanted things done and would do them with no problem. She was always on time. She is very organized and very respectful to me and my home. All of the caregivers were so helpful, patient and professional. They took great care of my father after his surgery while I had to work. They were accommodating to the schedule we needed and offered assistance with things I didn’t even know they would do. Our family had such a great experience with Interim HealthCare. Living over 200 miles away from our loved one was extremely stressful, but the caregiver they provided gave us complete peace of mind. She was very experienced, compassionate, attentive, and truly cared for our family member like her own. This agency was a God-send. I have gotten to where i was about to admit myself into an assisted living facility because I could no longer care for myself.
