All of the caregivers were so helpful, patient and professional. They took great care of my father after his surgery while I had to work. They were accommodating to the schedule we needed and offered assistance with things I didn’t even know they would do. It was our first experience with a home care provider and I would definitely recommend 2nd Family and would use them again. Dad enjoyed their company and always wanted to see them again the next day. The support from the admin staff and the caregivers was awesome. Thank you so much for the kindness and compassion!

Our family had such a great experience with Interim HealthCare. Living over 200 miles away from our loved one was extremely stressful, but the caregiver they provided gave us complete peace of mind. She was very experienced, compassionate, attentive, and truly cared for our family member like her own. This agency was a God-send. I have gotten to where i was about to admit myself into an assisted living facility because I could no longer care for myself. All of the aides who came to help us with my mom were full of love and compassion. They were patient and kind always. They respected our family and were always on time or a little early. We are so grateful for their help in the hardest days of of family as we began to say good bye to our mom and my dad's other half. They were timely, kind, friendly to the family, attentive to my mom, although she was mostly out of it. One of them always emptied the trash at the end of her shift, which was a nice touch. It allowed us to get out of the house for a bit without worrying about my mom.

I've used this company many times for help and I've been treated with the most respect. She is always on time, and drives safely. I always feel safe when riding and her vehicle is always clean with lots of space. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

My intake for care for my 90 year old mother was taken by the loveliest and kindest woman named [name removed]. I was feeling desperate, and [name removed] jovial and understanding personality gave me comfort. What I appreciated even more was the honest and assuring information she provided to me. I highly recommend there services, which is driven with understanding and compassion.

My wife, the patient, was totally unwilling to have my help. SH owner/manager worked hard with me and two different care givers worked hard to help but were unable to do their job due to my wife’s attitude and behavior. I recommend them. My experience was too short to fairly rate.

She has been amazing, helping my Mom with basic tasks like bathing and providing respite for my stepdad (who is her main caregiver). This organization is well run and one of the owners, [Name Removed], was particularly helpful. We ended up not going with the agency because we found someone during a hospitalization that [Name Removed] could tolerate. That was just a random chance and should this particular person may not work out, we would be happy to try to find someone through Right at Home, again.

Back in [Date Removed]I fell and broke my hip. I live alone with no family nearby my concerns were extreme. I didn’t know where to turn. I couldn’t drive to get groceries or go to any doctor appointments. I felt hopeless and scared until I found seniors helping seniors. I gave them a call and they promptly set me up with a caretaker who exceeded my expectations. When she wasn’t available they found someone who could help me. I was so grateful and the freedom of having someone look after me a few times a week was god send. I can’t say enough and I would encourage anyone who is in need or has a family member in need dont hesitate to call them and ask for help!

I could not be happier with our service! They take special care of my mom! My mom loves them! If someone calls in they always have someone to replace them that day! They have taught us how to use the Hoyer lift and easier ways to take care of her. They become part of the family! I have had a big weight lifted of me! Couldn’t be happier!

A broken ankle kept me from moving around. Caregivers had to bring bedside potty chair for over 6 weeks. Did light housekeeping and laundry. Brought me meals. Looked after my dog. Very pleased with care.

Stays with my husband who has Alzheimer’s and cleans my apartment. It’s a win win. The person that comes is very friendly and professional. It gives me a chance to get away for awhile without worrying if my husband is ok.
