The owner and employees are very good. The caregiver, She was excellent. The owner was very accommodating and sympathetic. I would use them . I was looking for the caregiver on weekend and they worked with me and provided the care immediately (very next day-Sunday.

Assisting Hands has been very responsive to our needs and flexible with scheduling. For the most part, the individuals they schedule are prompt and reliable. Except for a few occasions the caregivers have followed our requests for keeping mom active and engaged. Overall this has been a great relationship.

The companionship offered helped me through a really tough time. She was available for anything I needed help with. She was kind to my dog which is important to me. We had great discussions and she respected when I needed quiet time.

Helios is a terrific home care agency- I used them for my own recent post surgical home care and they met and exceeded all of my expectations. They were able to set up 24/7 care coverage on very little notice, were patient with what proved to be unclear hospital discharge timing and were always available for texts and calls involving scheduling and other issues. My home care aide,[name removed, went above and beyond to to address my varying needs, always in a competent, calm and caring way. She was also a wonderful person. She was stellar! Helios did a great job and helped significantly in my recovery. I strongly recommend them.

When my old coworker was sick, I referred him there and hi got excellent service. He later came back and told me he was paired with a nice nurse who made sure he was okay every morning.

Golden Heart Senior Care has helped us for the past two years with our Dad who recently passed away. We had consistent care with the same caregiver, and the owner was amazing. My mom needed assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), and I found their information online. I called and spoke with a welcoming lady who listened to me as I explained my mother's condition and our specific needs. They later provided an aide who quickly became part of our family. At first, I would stay nearby to ensure everything was okay, but eventually, I felt comfortable leaving to take care of other responsibilities, knowing they would do their job well.
