Great people who truly care about your loved ones. From the first phone call I felt that this was the right place and people to care for my mom. Caregivers are knowledgeable and understanding of peoples needs. Have had no issues with changing start times to help accommodate doctors appointments

My mom and dad have a caregiver coming in 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. She helps with preparing the main meal of the day, does light cleaning, and works with my mom to organize and clear out small bits of the home as time permits. She is calm, cheerful, relaxed, and a good conversationalist. The agency is very helpful if we have any questions or concerns, the automated billing is very convenient, and there have been no surprises.

I called to get information for my daughter because she's helping with her husband's parents and I told her I would narrow some places down and find one for her and this is literally the first place I called and I was very comfortable in making the decision to refer you all to my daughter. We didn't realize it's very hard for a couple to go through one of them having to be taken care of and the emotions that come with it so it's all a learning process however, I appreciate you all and the effort you put into helping them. You all are human angels, thank you so much for all you do!

My mom was less than 24 hours from being discharged from the hospital, so I had very little time to find nighttime nursing help at home. After speaking with [Name removed] in the morning, [Name Removed] was able to visit with my mom that afternoon and assured me that they would be able to provide night helpers as soon as my mom was discharged. Over the span of 4 nights, we received help from 3 different caretakers and each one was fantastic. They were a great help to BOTH my mom and myself. I would HIGHLY recommend their services.

They are very friendly and professional and communicates well when there is an issue. The caregiver was very helpful in taking care of my mom.

We needed a caregiver for a short period of time the company worked with us; and on short notice were able to provide. My sister handles all of my dad’s care I am in the background to help out.The caregiver kept both of us in the loop about what was going on with him and was very nice and patient with him.

We have had a private caregiver for 11 years but needed another full time caregiver. Aura had two people come to our house. They quickly understood our need and agreed to have the person they selected meet our suggest hours (which were a bit unusual). The woman they sent was very well qualified but was undependable, cancelling on short notice too often. I complained to Aura and they agreed. They have sent me a second caregiver and she appears to be excellent. Time will tell, of course, but I have been pleased with Aura so far.

Home helper provides any assistance requested except trimming nails. Rates are comparable to other agencies. This one has 3-hour minimum shifts. Hourly rate is reduced based on total number of hours per week. Very flexible with scheduling each week as needs change.

My mom is living in her home with her little dog. She has dementia and wants to remain in her home. I live near my mom and am able to provide support however it still leaves her with a lot of alone time. I contacted [Name Removed] to provide assistance and companionship. I have been very happy with the service they are providing. My mom is enjoying getting to know her aids. She loves planning day trips and showing her aids sites around our area. The whole experience has been simple and so helpful. The office staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are helping me access her long term care insurance which has saved me a lot of stress. I would highly recommend Amada.

[name removed] passed away on [date removed]. [name removed] provided care, kindness and professionalism the entire time. This made it much more comforting in this extremely difficult time. We appreciate all that [name removed] did.

I really appreciated the fast response to our need for help. The vast choices gave us many options to choose from. It gives us peace of mind knowing she's is great care when we cannot be with her. The staff has been excellent and she enjoys their company. They have been helpful and keep her engaged.

This company is the real deal. You get more than you pay for. Staff are real pros. My experience was enlightening. The company is in a league of its own and sets a standard for the field providing a beacon for others to aspire to.

Overall RAH experience was great, and when we relocate Mom will look to this company for help. When we began looking to this type of service, my family was hurting in a lot of ways with health issues, taking a toll on me as caregiver. RAH wasn’t the first to respond (although they did within a few hours), but was the first to really listen to our circumstance and responded by asking ME how I was doing. This said to me that they really did care, and weren’t just looking for a client. Then when I met with their rep, they answered all our questions, was accommodating with our needs, which gave me the peace I needed to leave my Mom and get home to my family (out-of-state.) The caregivers sent to my Mom were very friendly and worked well with my Mom. She looked forward to her Saturday time, enjoying the help and companionship, and talked favorably about the conversation and their travels.

I had a wonderful experience with Synergy Home Care after my knee replacement. My initial meeting with [name removed] , the director of client care, set the table for the kind, warm and professional care that I received from [name removed] and [name removed]. [name removed], the scheduling coordinator, was great to work with, as well. A compassionate home care agency from staff to caregivers-I highly recommend!

Our caregiver came to the house and assisted with personal cares and ADL's. The staff that came were friendly and patient with our mom ( who insisted she did not need help) they were honest and trustworthy ( giving money back to family that they had found while cleaning, mom was often hiding money.) They engaged mom in activities and made her lunches. We were very happy with the home health aide services. We would rate Synergy at a 5. On scale of 1-5.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my surgery two days before the surgery so I never got to use the caretakers. But, the preparation to get everything in place was seamless and [Name removed] worked so hard in a short period of time to get everything done in a professional timely manner. I felt so bad to have to cancel because they jumped through hoops to get a perfect plan put together. They were very flexible to my needs and time frame as some of the other agencies I interviewed were not. When I reschedule the surgery I will definitely call them. I highly recommend them .

[name removed], my aide, is wonderful, a personable, responsible woman who takes great care of me. She helps me shower and dress, sees to my meals and performs many other tasks that make my life easier. I'm going to be losing her soon, and I dread that day.

My Dad has decided to go with Bright Star for their excellent service description. Start date is yet to be decided on by Dad. The representative was informative, friendly and prepared. She was able to answer all of their questions and offer past similar circumstances as explanation. She came across as knowledgeable, honest and prepared.
