It took me a while to convince myself that I needed help taking care of my mom with dementia. She lived alone and was managing for the most part with me attending to her a few hours a day. But when it started to get dangerous I knew I needed help. I called A Place For Mom and Freddy set up an in home appointment within a few days and then a few days after our meeting, we had help. Our caregiver, [Name Removed] was very easy going and a pleasure to work with. Our entire experience was easy and seamless. I highly recommend this service.

After a fracture of the Sacrum and pelvic bones causing excruciating pain in the back and legs & an inability of movement. During the 3 to 4 weeks of being bedfast and with complete care they were a delight to have in my home. Each of them helped me to gain in strength and mobility. I walk with a walker at all times and continue to do the exercises they taught me. They were each very knowledgable in their field of care and punctual in their arrival times or contact to change of time. Thank you for allowing me to share my pleasure at their work and my progress.

Completely workable to my schedule needs! Incredibly friendly! Staff in the office very quick to resolve 1 problem that arose and communicated clearly with me so I was kept informed and made comfortable in some necessary changes to mom’s care. Office staff professional and focused on the client. I would recommend this group to everyone.

Senior Helpers of Cerritos has provided excellent caregivers for my son. They have always been responsive and adjust to our needs. They have not only provided consistent weekly services but, if needed, extra needs, such as rides to medical appointments outside of the normal times. It is such a comfort knowing they are so reliable. I feel they are of the reasons my son is doing well.

I’ve had a very good experience with Senior Helpers. My helper has been exceptional. and communication with the office has very helpful. I would use them again. I will be ending my care soon as I’m so much better and will miss my caregiver.

Home Instead provided evening coverage for my mom’s home hospice journey. The caregivers were reliable, caring and able to perform all the duties we required. They were flexible whenever there were changes in mom’s care. They also gave the family peace of mind. Knowing that there was always someone with mom who was compassionate and capable was our goal. I highly recommend the caregivers and the team liaison and would use them again.

I appreciated the care given by Homewatch Caregivers - all the staff took good care of my mom and were very responsible. A couple of times, due to unforeseen circumstances, the caregivers were late, but they always contacted me to let me know what was going on.

Good communication. Scheduling flexible when needed. Staff pleasant. They are clean and take good care of my father. They have good communication with me. Conscientious and very kind. Not the greatest cooks says my father, but he expects restaurant quality. Lol

[name removed] (owner) is very helpful and was able to see me right away and supply an aide before the other services could even see me for an interview! [name removed] help was excellent and I’ll ask for her the next time I require assistance.

The management and staff are top notch. They have prompt communication and always are very helpful. When other companies found excuses to not help the management at Synergy found ways to accommodate my Mother’s needs. I would recommend them to anyone in need of home health aid services.

They opened a Senior day care that I was taking my mom to 3-4 days a week. Wonderful staff and great activities for the seniors.

I love Senior Helpers. They have friendly caring staff. I give them my schedule and they send the care giver. They are very good with my mother. She has dementia and fell last August and fractured her hip. The legs do not want to move and she is a hard person to change at times. They all take there time with her. Their wonderful.

Highly recommend HomeWell! They are excellent! I used them for my 94 year old mother for over a year (2x per week, 4 hours each time). I tried several other services before I found them, they are by far the best senior care service in the St. Louis area. HomeWell stands out with their attention to detail, responsiveness and quality of workers. I could tell you stories of other senior services we hired who showed up late, their car broke down/did not work, refused to vacuum, etc. Owned by a nice couple, HomeWell does an incredible job. We really like the portal where they will post pictures of your loved one. Nice to finally find a trustworthy, reliable service for aging parents. Bravo! 5 Stars!

Home Instead is very customer-centric. I had an infection which they had to send out additional nursing staff for. They are ex-Elle. I also am crippled and have to have additional caretakers to get me in and out of the Shower. Home instead has additional nurses that come to your home to help your hired caretaker with tasks that require more than one person.

Rate services are 5 stars! The care my wife received was excellent!! Caregiver's were always on time to do what was needed to care for my wife. They cooked meals and went the extra mile to make her comfortable. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers as a caregiver business! True professionals!
