I used staff from Honey Healthcare as night time supervision for my dad at a SNF in Lacey, WA. I worked with [name removed] to schedule [name removed] and [name removed]. All three were very kind and caring. They always let me know their concerns and observations. They were with my dad at night for 2.5 weeks. Happily my dad is back home. I will certainly reach out for their help again if needed.

I highly recommend this company for any downriver families looking for in home care. Lisa was very nice and patient with my wife [name removed].

They only came a few times, because my Husband passed a way within a few days after they started, but the Lady that came out to sign us up was wonderful, and she even went out of her way to go pickup some supplies that were needed right away. The young Lady that came first was so friendly, and so nice and gentle with my Husband, and gave him a bath with such care, and did a wonderful job. All the ladies were great, and I so appreciate all the help they gave me. I definitely would recommend them.

Home health care employee has been very valuable for me. After being in a rehab facility for three months I needed home health care to take care of daily procedures. I could not be happier with the results

They contacted me immediately and worked to come in and help on short notice giving me a few hours to attend my caregivers group and have a bit of respite time. I would recommend them for anyone needing in home care for their loved one with dementia.

It's consistent caregivers that allow my mom to build a relationship with caregivers. One thing is the care notes. It helps me know my mom's experience because I'm not always there. I find nothing wrong; it meets my needs at the time. They are ideal because they have done such a good job.

They are good listeners. Taking me out to my appointments and helping me clean my room has been really helpful for me. They do cleaning, and they get me to my appointments. I like the office staff, and I like everything about them. I am very satisfied with their communication. The caregivers have been well-matched, they help me with cleaning, and I love how they provide care for me.

We entered an unexpected time of life with my dad. We were connected with Cornerstone Caregiving. They quickly responded and came to our rescue and they have been nothing but good for us. They are super kind and very flexible with scheduling. The caregivers are amazing and so kind to all of us. It was a blessing to find them!

My decision to go with Seniors Helping Seniors was based on my conversation with [name removed], the manager. She was very outgoing , kind and helpful. All my questions were answered and I did not feel pressured to make a decision.

The caregiver was punctual and very helpful [name removed] as kind and responsive..she was a very hard worker. If I hadn’t move, I would still be having Right at Home!

We have had a caretaker for my mother past couple of months, my mom is given great care by her. We are fortunate to have the same person.

Both ladies that I have enlisted to help my 93 year old Mom have been great! They take her to the senior center to play cards, to an occasional concert, out for Braum’s, etc. As I work full time, this has been a blessing for my Mom and I.

I utilize Home instead, solely for house cleaning, due to my disabilities. I usually have the same person every week, but sometimes have people as fill ins.. I’ve had nothing but professionals walking in my home and they’ve done excellent work. Since [name removed] and [name removed] took over home instead, it’s a fantastic place. Thank you for your wonderful service and for allowing me a beautiful home.

The care givers are assisting my 90 year old father with his showering and dressing, to help maintain his dignity. He needs the use of a walker and had fallen a number of times resulting in injuries. Now dad doesn't have the sense of guilt, believing he is a burden to us even though he never could be. But he has regained a bit more of his independence with this little added assistance to provide him security and care. His independent living apartment is approximately 890 - 975 square feet.

My daughter selected this agency after reading the reviews online; she read that the reviews were highly rated, and it turns out that is true. I recommend this agency because we have been satisfied so far. Synergy has made my loved one's experience better by assigning us caregivers who have established a good relationship with my loved one. The caregivers have established a personal relationship with my loved one. The office staff communicates well when there is a need for a substitute. Personal relationships have been developed with my caregiver and my loved one.

I like the communication. They have good communication. They need to focus on improvement. They provide ease of conversation. [name removed] does an amazing job with visiting her patient and his wife regularly, and on a personal level. The caregiver has good communication.

The caregiver helps with companionship and encourages the client to do his P/T. She also does light housekeeping. The caregiver is very good at being a good listener. The office staff is helpful by answering their phone. They are responsive on the same day. They keep me informed if the schedule changes. I appreciate that the caregiver is friendly and professional. She has a pleasant personality and is willing to help.

We have had very good caregivers that are reliable; the staff has been good to deal with. They were responsive and sent someone out to do the initial interview; they called to check to see how it was going with the caregiver. They call and check in to see how everything is going with the caregiver; they explain their services well. She relates to Dallas very well; she finds things they can do together. She washes the sheets and bedding; she does that every week. She cleans the kitchen and puts dishes away. They are responsive; I can get ahold of them right away. Sensitivity to needs and friendliness and empathy. Understanding of the needs.
