I definitely would give Home Instead of Suffolk a high 5 stars. We needed caretaking on short notice and their Client Care Advisor promptly came to our home to get an understanding of what our needs were. She was empathetic and very easy to talk to. The caretakers were empathetic, reliable and very willing to fill extra time with light household chores. Communication with the company was excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about Home Instead Suffolk.

Great experience took some time to find the right fit but very helpful On boarding staff was wonderful on line app was very helpful and easy to schedule or make changes. Our loved one had some medical needs, and they were very understanding about rescheduling. I would definitely use them again. In my opinion, a little pricey, but worth every penny.

They are very flexible and friendly. They have been really helpful and very accommodating. They are giving him a little bit more independence, which is huge for him. Some of the caregivers have been more comfortable with his needs than others; the person we have now is very comfortable with his needs. They are quick to respond and update us on scheduling and staffing. Their portal, though, can make things hard. The main caregiver has been really receptive and makes time to connect with him. They match his pace and work in ways that are helpful for both of them. With the portal that I can use to communicate with them, they don't always get the message in a timely manner.
