Brookdale

I have lived As a resident at Jones Farm for approximately 1 1/2 years. Overall I am very satisfied. They keep the community very clean and a wide variety of meal selections. I score a 5 star for activities as there are always things to choose from to keep your day busy.

I am a resident here at Brookdale Jones Farm. Very happy with all of the aspects of Brookdale. It is very clean. Team always willing to help. They have many activities to choose from. I have no complaints!

They truly loved on my mom every day and I was thankful for their care and concern for mom. I would highly recommend Brookdale Hampton Cove for memory care.

Everyone is nice and friendly. I have been here a few years. I was in a studio apartment and now I moved to a 1 bedroom. Very spacious. I like that I can take my dog outside in the courtyard and feel safe. I am very active and like going on the outings and shopping trips.

I have lived here for 2 and half years. It is a nice community. I enjoy sitting outside in the courtyard and swimming pool is relaxing. I would recommend this place if you are looking for peace and quiet area.

We worked mostly with the administrative staff that was extremely helpful in making a move that we needed to do very quickly. The one bedroom apartment was very well designed for my uncle and worked well with the furniture that we had to bring over and his belongings. The team was very thorough and getting a handle on all of his medical issues.

Overall, my experience has been great. The staff are wonderful, the food is good, and the community is kept clean and well maintained. The size of the community is just right—it feels comfortable and manageable without being too large.

The staff was wonderful! Very caring, warm and kind. Home, family, fun and fellowship encompass the community.

At Brookdale the staff treats their residents like family. [name removed] was so caring and thoughtful and very knowledgeable, answering any questions or concerns we had. They were all willing to help in any way possible. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. They had many activities. It was very affordable. I would recommend this to anyone needing an assisted living home.

Friendly, clean, able to take care of my husband's hospice needs. It came above and beyond. Very happy.

The staff is very attentive to my mother's needs & care. The turn over rate is low, which promotes constancy of care. The facility is clean & the environment is safe.

I toured Brookdale, Murray Kentucky while researching assisted living facilities for my Father. I immediately felt Brookdale was the perfect fit. They offer a number of different levels of living environment's, from total independence through multiple levels of assisted care. Brookdale offers warmth and a home like feeling as soon as you arrive! Residence are in the front breezeway, enjoying conversation and pleasant weather; then you enter into a lovely community living room! Activity rooms and personal mailboxes are easily accessible and the Restaraunt style dining room is amazing. The Welcome Ambassadors are lively and welcoming and full of the ‘ins and outs’ ! My father’s Ambassador,[name removed], was amazing! She took my shy by nature, dad under her wing and made him feel included and apart of Everything!! The apartments are spacious and sensibly laid out. Each apartment is updated and refurbished before new arrivals. Last,but not least; the staff-Literally Top Notch. Highly Recommend

The staff is great and very responsive. The facility is always clean.

They are very good there my dad made friends. The staff is very friendly and nice I have no complaints. They give you a menu for all 3 meals so you can choose. His room is very clean and so far he hasn't lost any clothes. He had. Been there since January.

When we first toured Brookdale-for family member, we were MOST impressed with the facility and STAFF for what was needed. And they have continued to provide ALL facets of assistance...as it was explained, from minimal to maximum assistance.... The efficiency apartment is very large and roomy. Having light room cleaning and laundry is a plus.The Restaurant has nice size portion of meals--snacks available. I see entertainment for either on premises or off is continual and nice variety for those who wish to participate. More comforting is the fact that Transport can be available to go to WalMart/Kroger/Dollar General,so one does not have to "drive". I am happy BROOKDALE can provide such excellent care! THANK YOU!!!

My experience at Brookdale has been very good. The staff is very caring. I enjoy the activities There is always something to do. I've made a lot of good friends. They also have excellent transportation.

We have no complaints about Brookdale. The staff and residents were friendly, the meals were delicious. I wish Dad had agreed to move in sooner

We liked the facility and [name removed]. There were impressed with all the special touches they offered to keep Mom engaged throughout the day. It felt more like a smaller community where people interacted well.

I found this facility to be my favorite and first choice for my sister-in-law to transfer to live. [name removed] and the rest of the Brookdale nursing staff were awesome in assisting me to help answer my questions and For full evaluation. Unfortunately, my sister-in-law did not qualify for assisted living status, as her physical assessment by both OT and PT revealed she has skilled care nursing needs, requiring 24 hr care. I am so disappointed that she cannot stay at this facility, because I just felt like this was home for her. The facility is so cozy and it gives the feeling of small town and family. Thank-you.

[name removed] was very friendly and was very good in telling us all about Brookdale living center. We enjoyed the tour as we walked around in the complex. We thought highly of it as this might be a possible choice for our independent living home in the future.
