Brookdale

That is easy, it was straight 5's all the way. They were amazing in every category. We loved Brookdale from the very first moment. The people were so welcoming and the residents all looked so comfortable and happy. They did everything above and beyond what we ever expected

Lovely facility Came at end of meal time - residents appeared happy and sociable. Facility pleasant and clean. Since my visit other plans have been made for my sister I thank you for your kindness.

The rooms are a little small but I connected with the theory that they want residents in community rather than in their room. Best outdoor space of all communities I toured. Staff were welcoming and spent a lot of time answering my questions.

The tour was great. The facility is very nice. Lots of light, friendly staff, and a homey atmosphere.

[name removed] was absolutely amazing, he gave us so much information and made sure we understood the process. [name removed] was very pleasant and the rest of the staff was very friendly and polite. Hoping to finish the process with good news. The residents that we saw during our lunch time tour looked happy too.

Brookdale is an amazing place. It seems that they have thought of almost everything to make a person with memory problems feel comfortable and respected.

The staff is really amazing and they have very little turnover. Room is cleaned regularly and there is never a smell like I have experienced in other facilities. They have regular activities to help with brain stimulation. Her room is a perfect size for her and we were able to bring everything she needed.

Staff always have a smile even when my aunt is difficult. Rooms are perfect size for our needs. When the button is rang, staff are quick to respond. She loves bingo and happy hour.

The staff are very kind and caring. She likes the sing alongs. She has a studio apartment that fits her needs. They keep her apartment very clean.

This facility went over and beyond to help me understand the transition from independent living to assisted living. Made me very confident with the decision and will always appreciate their helpfullness and kindness in taking care of our mom.

I moved my mom into Brookdale in June. The whole experience has been easy, professional, friendly, and amazing. The facility is immaculate and has basically everything that you could imagine to make life interesting and fun at a senior-living facility. There are tons of activities every day and there is a daily bus for shopping at some of the local stores like Kohls, Target, Jewel and Walmart. There are medical professionals who come on site weekly and monthly. And the food is really really good. Like, unexpectedly good for a facility that has to feed so many people every day. Finally the staff is fantastic. Everyone from the marketing people that you meet when you are first looking at the facility to the people in charge of cleaning, in-room service, activities, transportation, and food. Everyone is friendly, professional, and competent. Brookdale is the kind of place that all of us would be lucky to find ourselves living in, when we get to that stage.

They are wonderful people and truly care about their residents. A+, 5 Star Care from the staff in the Office, food service and custodial service. The residents appear to be caring and concerned for one another's well being. I do recommend it as long as the resident is not in need of constant assistance.

My dad seems to like the place and it was the only facility within his budget that had a one bedroom as opposed to a studio. The staff is very helpful when attending to his needs. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

The staff is wonderful. They are very involved with residents. There are activities and interactions throughout the day. The food is good, medications dispensed on time. The public areas are clean and bright. Rooms are nice sized but I'd only give a C for cleanliness of the residents rooms.

The staff have been amazing from the start and continue to be available for my Mother's needs. The facility is kept clean as well as the apartment Mother lives in. I see activities going on frequently including residents who gather together on their own to work on projects. The information of upcoming events is posted monthly and daily so the opportunity is there for everyone. The food is prepared and served restaurant style. Mother's apartment is a good size for her to live comfortably. I'm quite familiar with Brookdale because I am there 4 to 5 times a week spending hours on the property. The outside of the facility is well maintained and looks homey due to the large trees and welcoming entrance. Residents I have met seem to enjoy their home there.

I thought the room size was great, I bought twin bed , recliner, chest, floor lamp, TV. The bathroom was good size, closet was very big with wire shelving, I was pleased with how new and clean everything was
