Brookdale

Brookdale is amazing. We actually signed a lease yesterday and mom moves in next week. 24 hr staff, three amazing meals a day, and lots events and activities. The staff are friendly helpful and help you figure out what resources to utilize. Rooms are very nice and adequate space. Price was lower than other lesser facilities for room and care.

Everything was more than I expected: wonderful employees, many more services and amenities available that are so nice.

I'm familiar with Brookdale Chandler Regional because my mother was there in 2017, she was there during Covid and was well taken care of, she had no complaints as neither did I...SO when her sister fell and could not longer live in Independent Living and needed to be moved to assisted living this July she herself remembered visiting my mother at Brookdale and wanted to go there. The staff is very caring, the apartments are clean, she has a very nice bright room that she loved from the start, she is very social and engages in all the activities and presentations. So far we have a "happy camper" at Brookdale. That makes me fell good that she has no complaints and seems happy.

The staff were great and caring to Ida on her final days as well as when she was active before her stroke. The room was a good size plenty of room to get around with walker.

My experience here has been spectacular. Very caring people who are willing to help others. Facility is always spotless, plenty of activities available so no one gets left out and the meals are always good.

5 is the best- I give them a 5 in ALL categories. Brookdale is a good facility. We have had very good experience with the staff. They are kind and caring. The only problem we've experienced is with the corporate office in Birmingham. They plan to cut an adjoining door between the two rooms but have been slow carrying it out and haven't given us feedback. But the facility itself is excellent.

I am very pleased so far with the facility. My mom is just getting acclimated but has received nothing but welcoming smiles and information from everyone. Especially [name removed] and [name removed]. Just a few words on [name removed], she stepped b very quickl to find my mother’s another apartment when the one she was supposed to go into had issues. She has done frequent follow ups with a very caring attitude. [name removed] was very helpful and caring when my mother fell in the bathtub and quickly helped to get an ambulance. They are both great employees and should be taken care of by Brookdale to keep them.

I visit my friend who lives at the community weekly and I am always so impressed with the staff. They are all very kind and take great care of my friend! The food is delicious and there are always activities going on. She loves living here and I love to visit!

[name removed] goes above and beyond taking care of my MIL. He would even visit her in the hospital and rehab center when she was away!

Brookdale Biloxi is truly a one-of-a-kind place. I visit my uncle often, and the staff are always so warm, welcoming, and caring. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents. Most importantly, my uncle has found a real sense of community and belonging here. Knowing he is loved, cared for, and happy gives our family so much peace of mind.

The facility is well taken care of. The care here is good. The staff is helpful. The food is very good. All the meals I have eaten have been very good. My overall wellbeing is being taken care of on a daily basis. Medications are given daily without me having to try to remember if I have taken them or not. I no longer have to worry if I have had my medications or not. Good peace of mind.

The facility is a well ran place for family. The facility is extremely well ran operation. The staff are friendly and very helpful to residents and family. The food is excellent. Well balance meals are prepared daily for nutrition value for your loved ones. There is an outside court yard for your family to sit and relax while enjoying some outside fresh air and sunlight. There is a cover pavilion to provide shade as well. Every aspect of your family quality of care/life is taken care of here at the facility. Would highly recommend this facility.

[name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic and loved their facilities. Unfortunately my MIL passed before we could move her in. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one. Brookdale will be receiving my SIL parents soon as she was as impressed as we were. When my wife and I are ready we will be there as well.

Everything was great. Just what my parents needed. The staff was polite and helpful, the food was delicious, there were plenty of activities, they did a great job with cleaning, and the apartment size was adequate. We have no complaints. Thank you!

Came in early and sat to see what was going on. Residents were active and interacting with each other.

Staff is mixed, but overall not awful. Some people have been extremely helpful to my father, others haven't been so helpful. The activities are very helpful for socializing. My dad hasn't felt isolated at all due to being able to participate in activities. Food has been just okay. My father says breakfast is great. Facility is very clean. Room is on the smaller side, but truly perfect for my father's needs.
