Sunrise Senior Living

We toured both Sunrise of Cuyahoga Falls and Dublin and ultimately picked Dublin to move mom closer to me and her granddaughters. Everyone has been extremely helpful throughout the process of moving her in and she has been very happy in her new space. She was reluctant to move from her home at first, but has adjusted better than we could have anticipated and a lot of that is due to the staff and care that she is getting now at Sunrise Dublin. I'm happy to say that I think we made the best choice for her and for her future care.

After selling my home I invested in another home & lived with my family for four years. Our life styles didn't match well. I found Sugar Valley Estates on line and came for a tour. I moved in the following week. The community teams made me feel most welcome & my life adjustment went smoothly but with many adjustments. I found that I had been lonely without realizing it. Having people around and getting active in different events made me realize how fortunate I was to find a forever home at Sugar Valley. As an Ambassador I encourage guests taking tours to make the wise decision, as I did , to join a caring community.

The staff at Sunrise of Fairfax offered exceptional service, advice and support to me and my mother. Unfortunately, she is no longer with us. However, if I was ever in need of such facilities, Sunrise of Fairfax would be my first choice!

The facility was well maintained and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It is a place I will consider for my parents.

The only issue I have is my brother is a resident there and there are times there are not enough staff to help him out of bed to go eat and they have to bring him his food in bed. A few times his room smelled bad.

The person that provided the tour was very nice and helpful. The facility was clean and updated and the staff were extremely friendly

It was a good experience touring Sunrise. My tour guide was knowledgeable and appeared to know most residents by name.

The facility is very well maintained, it has a warm homey feel, but the staff are the real stars! Especially [name removed]!! But truly everyone at the facility is wonderful going above and beyond to help with whatever the residents and their families need! Kitchen staff, housekeepers, [name removed] nursing staff, [name removed]in the office all are kind caring people! You could never go wrong with this assisted living facility one of the best in New jersey

Sunrise is a beautiful community. I felt very welcomed. It was a pleasure speaking with [name removed] and later meeting with [name removed]. The community is very clean.

Under new management (Sunrise Senior Living) as of June 2026. Overall, recently remodeled, beautiful facility. Caring staff. Always clean. Lots of activities planned for residents. Food is very good. We were told they can make anything for the residents but my mother in law would appreciate smoothies and the like served regularly. Room for improvement on taking residents to doctor appointments. The policy changed with new management. They only have 2 days of the week to take them to appointments . They need to be more flexible& accommodating. Overall, my mother in law is very happy.

Everyone was very enthusiastic and gracious. Staff members involved with delivering care were respectful and upbeat. The facility is welcoming, homey and well maintained. Outside environment is well appointed with generous sitting and table settings, the grounds are well kept. From sharing a few lunches I found the food to be well prepared and very tasty with generous portions. I am impressed with the variety of activities offered on a daily basis as well as special events available to all in participating. The one area in which I feel more attention needs to be paid, is providing family members with specific information about their loved ones when they are taking them to another service outside Brighton Gardens. Medication list as well as medical issues should be in given to the family members accompanying the resident. Xrays and reports concerning situations leading up to the appointment need to be included., especially if an evaluation is the purpose for the appointment.

My mom has been at Sunrise for a little over a year. She says great things about the staff. There are numerous activities and outings available, but unfortunately she will not attend any of them. The grounds are beautiful and the staff very friendly. The only complaint my mom has is the meals. Breakfast is great, but she doesn’t like the variety of lunch or dinner options and wishes there was more variety in deserts. I can’t comment on the food.

We had my 90 year old stepfather stay at Sunrise at Newton for a two week respite stay in March when my husband and I were away. We found that the facility was clean, well run and hospitable. My stepfather gave a thumbs up for the meals. The onboarding and discharge process was smooth with good communication. We really appreciated that Sunrise accepted 2 week respite stays. Please note that this is assisted living and not skilled nursing. We discovered that he needed skilled nursing care midway (not a reflection on the facility at all). This is a lovely assisted living facility.

Very caring staff that has helped my stepmother get acclimated very quickly. She is also much safer in their care than living on her own.

My wife as found the staff to be excellent caregivers. She has resided in two different studio rooms. One being on 4th floor, and the other on 1st floor. The 1st floor offers an easier trip to the dinning room and quickly access to the lobby. If my wife has any questions or concerns, she is able to reach out to staff members and get her answers or the care that she requires.

Staff were all very nice!

Everyone there are friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The entire facility is beautiful and very clean. My aunts caretakers are very attentive to her needs.

My mom instantly loved the open lobby area and private balconies. The food was great, the people are wonderful. [name removed] the GM was very helpful and friendly!

My Mom fell in love with it and we have now rented an apartment. So far she is still in love with it. Thank you so much for helping us find a place for mom.

Very informative. We had a complete tour of the facilities and a complete understanding of the costs. Our guide was excellent. Facilities were very nice.
